How to fake the carrier:

• Ensure that your ipod Touch or iPhone is jailbroken
• Open Cydia
• Search for ‘Fake carrier.’
• Click install.

What will the patch do:

You can alter the carrier name and time displayed on the Status Bar. You also have the option to show the battery level.
