iPhone 4: Candyshell Flip
Speck Candyshell Flip is certainly one of the best looking iPhone 4 cases around and it has been my favorite for years. The design of the Candyshell Flip has not undergone a lot of changes over the years and to be frank, there is no need too. The Flip has two layers – inner shell layer which is made from shock absorbent rubber and outer layer made from hard plastic which is glossy in nature.

iPhone cases are mostly made from plastic, except for this one. As you would have already expected, this iPhone case is from Miniot is made from wood. Priced at 98 dollars (~75 Euros), iWood 4 is carved from a single block of wood and makes your iPhone feel more ‘wooden’. CYL Premium Silicon Case Review
This is one of the best cases I have used lately. Sporting soft, flexible thermoplastic polyurethane construction, it fits the iPhone 4 well except for the openings for the dock and volume that I found to be too loose. There is also an opening for the SIM card slot, something that you do not generally find in iPhone 4 cases.

iPhone 4: Ego & Company Slide Case
The Ego & Company Slide case is one of the worst iPhone 4 cases I have used in a long time. The packaging itself is horrible and wastes so much plastic. It has two hard plastic boxes and wrappers that are used to hold the top and bottom halves of the Slide Case. The case is clearly designed without much knowledge of iPhone 4’s hardware as it blocks the top microphone hole and closes the headphone jack.

iPhone 4 OtterBox Defender Review
I am not going to hide my love for the Otterbox cases in this review. So, if you hate the company, stop reading this review. I love the Otterbox Defender for the iPhone 4. The Defender case for my 3Gs was great and tough. Heck, even my friends in military use the Defender cases on their iPhones. This case is for those if you are tough on your iPhone. The one meant for the iPhone 4 inherits most of the features that made the 3GS version a grand success.
