You can use the iPad theme to make your iPhone or iPod touch’s interface look like the one found on the iPad. To get this theme, you will require Cydia, which means that your device should be jailbroken.

In Cydia, simply search for Simple iPad Theme and install it. Here is a screenshot of that theme
